Rules for using the hosted Portal Heaven service and its source-available software.
Last updated: July 22, 2026. These terms govern the hosted service at portalheaven.stream. Independent deployments may publish separate terms.
Authorized use
You may use Portal Heaven only with content and services you are legally authorized to access. You may not infringe copyright, bypass access controls, abuse provider systems, attack the service or violate a provider's terms.
No content service
Portal Heaven is a media player and connection manager. It does not sell, provide, license or guarantee channels, movies, series, streams or third-party subscriptions. Third-party sources are independently operated.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for activity under your account, for protecting your credentials and for providing accurate registration information. Account sharing and concurrent usage remain subject to the limits shown in the application. Notify the operator promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
Subscriptions
Paid features, when offered, are billed through the payment provider shown at checkout. Pricing, renewal period and cancellation terms are presented before purchase. Third-party provider subscriptions are not included.
Software license
The source code is available under the PolyForm Noncommercial 1.0.0 license. The hosted-service terms do not grant rights beyond that license. Commercial deployment or redistribution requires separate permission from the copyright holder.
Availability and third parties
Playback depends on networks, browsers, codecs and third-party providers. The operator does not control third-party availability, content, token policies or compatibility. The service may change or discontinue features to address security, legal or operational requirements.
Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or terminated for abuse, security risk, nonpayment or violation of these terms. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every provider. The operator is not responsible for third-party content, subscriptions or provider conduct. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
